One Year of KC Luxury Scented Candles: A Journey Worth Every Moment

 

This month marks something incredibly special for us at KC Luxury Scented Candles — our one-year anniversary. On May 27, 2025, we officially became licensed, turning a dream into something real, something tangible, and something we could finally share with all of you.

Looking back, this year has been anything but smooth — but it has been 100% worth it.

Starting KC Luxury Scented Candles came with excitement, nerves, and a whole lot of learning on the fly. There were moments when things felt overwhelming — figuring out production, perfecting scents, managing inventory, and building a brand from the ground up. Some days were slower than we hoped, and others pushed us to our limits.

And then… there were the moments that reminded us exactly why we started.

Every message from a happy customer.
Every order placed.
Every time someone chose one of our candles to be part of their home, their gift, or their self-care routine.

Those moments made everything worth it.

One of the biggest milestones (and wake-up calls!) of the year was Black Friday. To be honest — we weren’t ready. The support, the orders, the demand… it exceeded everything we expected. While it came with stress and long nights, it also showed us something powerful:

People believe in what we’re creating.

That experience pushed us to grow, improve, and prepare for what’s ahead. It taught us how to move smarter, plan better, and scale with intention.

Over the past year, we’ve also been able to bring creativity to life through collections like our quartz-inspired candles — turning everyday pieces into something unique, beautiful, and meaningful. Seeing our ideas come to life and resonate with you has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

As we step into year two, we’re not just continuing — we’re evolving.

We’re coming in stronger, more prepared, and more inspired than ever. More collections, better experiences, and an even deeper commitment to quality and creativity are on the way.
