Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because each candle is handmade and often made to order, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns for color variation, scent preference, or change of mind.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you. We are happy to offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.
For approved exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective items.
