Shipping Policy  

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Made-to-order or custom items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product listing.  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.  

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.  

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order, as we cannot make changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
